Full refund of the advance payment will be processed if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure date.
Advance payments for same-day bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances.
In case of fuel price increases, per-seat costs may be adjusted accordingly. You will be notified of any changes before departure.
Extra stay charges due to landslides, road blockages, or other natural events are NOT included in the package price and will be the responsibility of the travelers.
Tour itineraries may be modified due to weather conditions for the safety of all travelers. No refunds for weather-related changes.
Travelers are advised to carry necessary medications and inform us of any health conditions. We recommend travel insurance for all trips.
